Goldens’ is the premier manufacturer of power transmission castings in the United States. We are proud of a long history of producing parts for the power transmission and material handling industries and look to the future as a continuing prominent participant in these markets.

We continue to improve our facilities and processes to enhance our competitive edge and customer value. As a single-source resource, we produce value-added ductile iron and gray iron castings ready for use in any power transmission or material handling application. These processes include, but are not limited to:

	Castings facilities producing gray iron, ductile iron and various other alloy irons such as austempered ductile iron (ADI). Pour weights up to 7,000 pounds and sizes to 66” in diameter are achievable

	Machining facilities include 56” Bullard CNC Vertical Turret Lathe, 54” Bullard VTL, 42” Bullard VTL, 24” VTL, 24” CNC Turret Lathes, various CNC Vertical and Horizontal milling machines. We turn, bore, face, mill, and drill a multitude of part configurations.

	Quality control capabilities include a chemical and physical laboratory for testing materials, and non-destructive testing including ultrasonic, x-ray, and magnetic particle.

	Static and dynamic balancing capabilities.

Our participation in professional organizations such as Mechanical Power Transmission Association (MPTA), Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) and American Foundry Society (AFS) put us on the leading edge of new technology for manufacturing and marketing quality castings.
